Calibra In balance with how you live.

Why Calibra exists

You've done everything right. It just doesn't hold.

I know, because that was me with my health.

Scattered data points resolving into the Calibra balance mark, under the line: In balance with how you live.

For more than ten years I carried two problems that were really one. Holding my energy across a whole week while running at the top of a multinational, and getting my weight back under 90 kilos. Two outcomes of the same thing.

I did everything you are supposed to do. Marathons. Gym. Diets. Intermittent fasting. Trainers, coaches, nutritionists. Blood markers, doctors, CGMs. At least two wearables on at any time. Every gram of food logged, and the time I ate it. It still broke down exactly when I needed it most.

The problem was never missing information.
I was drowning in it.

The watch said one thing, the coach another, the nutrition app a third, the calendar a fourth. None of them agreed. I was left with a pile of approximate choices I could not reconcile, usually before coffee, while the day was already moving.

And don't get me wrong, the help I had was top. It just arrived in snapshots. A plan made on Monday, built for how Monday looked. By Wednesday the week had moved and the plan hadn't. Life runs continuously. The advice didn't. Between one appointment and the next, I had to run a million micro-adjustments that left me guessing and ultimately frustrated.

So I did what every technical person does when the tools fail them. I built my own.

It pulled together what I had learned over the years, the knowledge and the science, and connected it into something simple that answered one question: what do I do today to hold the day and the week in balance.

It worked. I am below 90 now, and I have full energy through the week. Now it holds.

But the moment that mattered was not the system working. It was looking up. The same watches on other wrists. The same coaches. The same frustration, the same people getting nowhere with more body data than any athlete in history.

I had built it for myself. It turned out the problem was never only mine.

Calibra reads your body and your context, then tells you how to meet the day and the week. Common sense, at the moment you need it. Not another dashboard. Not a replacement for your coach.

For me, balance looks like this. Below 90 and holding. Traveling for work without losing the week to it. Enough left at the end of the day to coach my kids' bambini football team, to back other founders on their own road, without giving up anything that matters to me.

That is what balance actually looks like. Not a perfect day. A week that holds.

I solved my own problem, but then it turned out it was not just mine.

That is why Calibra exists.
