iPhone first. Android to follow. Tell me when Android opens

The Calibra Today screen on iPhone. A Loaded read says: Heavy afternoon. Lunch before 13:00. Below it, Readiness is Good, Context is Heavy, Movement is Tempered and Nutrition is Fuelled, and the week shows Tuesday and Thursday above your usual day.

Who it's for

You've done everything right. It just doesn't hold.

Calibra Pro is built for executives, founders, and senior professionals. People who already train, already track, already know most of what they should be doing, and watch it come apart the moment the week gets heavy or the plan changes.

The plan held. The week didn't.

Calibra is the read that holds it together.

Your capacity is a leadership asset, but are you managing it like one?

The energy and focus you need for your work depend on you managing your readiness and context actively. And they are hardest to hold in the weeks that demand them most. When your capacity is what everyone else depends on, protecting it is not indulgence. It is the job.

The problem

The data is everywhere.
The answer is not.

Tuesday, 06:47

Your recovery Down. Take it easy today.
Your training plan Push. Today is a training day.
Your calendar Two boards back to back. A flight at six.
Your nutrition app 2,200 kcal. Three meals, fixed.

Four screens, four answers, and none of them know about the other three.

Not one of them sees your whole day, so the reading is left to you, usually at the worst moment to do it.

Calibra reads everything together, reconciles the signals that disagree, weighs the week ahead, and tells you what today asks of you, before you start it.

Push today. Your Readiness is meeting what the day asks. You're clear to go.

Heavy afternoon. Lunch before 13:00.

Skip the morning session. Three travel days are the real load this week. Let the day bend, not you.

No new charts to read.
No PhD needed to understand your own body.

It stays with you through the day. Not once, not episodically. Continuously. A new session, a late meal, a meeting moved or cancelled, and it recalibrates your day against the week.

And on the days nothing needs to change, Calibra stays quiet. That silence is the message.

How it works

Four signals. One clear picture of your day.

Readiness

From how you slept.

Movement

The workouts you record.

Nutrition

The meals you log, by photo or text.

Context

The shape of your week, from your calendar.

Calibra weighs the four against each other and gives you one read of the day.

Aligned Loaded Stretched A read of the day, not a score.
The Calibra Today screen on iPhone with an Aligned read: Push today. You've got the room. Readiness is Good, Context is Light, Movement is Power and Nutrition is Fuelled.
  1. 01

    It reads the load.

Readiness, from how you slept, your training, and the shape of the week ahead, from the devices and calendar you already use. Nothing new to wear.

  2. 02

    It reconciles what disagrees.

When Readiness, from how you slept, says rest and your plan says train, Calibra weighs both against the week in front of you instead of leaving you to guess which one to trust.

  3. 03

It tells you the one thing that matters today.

Push or hold. Lunch before a heavy afternoon. A lighter session before a heavy week. And on the balanced days, nothing at all.

When signals disagree

Your sleep analysis points you in one direction. Your calendar, in another. Calibra gives you one answer.

Your meals

Meals that fit the day you are having.

Add a meal by photo, by text, or simply by talking to Calibra. It spends the first days learning your usual meals. Then, if you switch on Nutrition pacing, it tells you whether the rest of today still fits and roughly when your next meal belongs, so you stay fuelled for the parts of the day that matter most.

  • Your own pattern, not a template plan.
  • Photo, text or voice, in seconds.
  • Read against your day, not just a calorie count.
The Calibra Nutrition screen on iPhone, read as Fuelled: next meal around 12:30, about 750 kcal and 45 g protein. Breakfast is logged at 07:30 and lunch is suggested for 12:30.

Your week

See the impact of the heavy days before they unfold.

Your calendar is part of your load. For most professionals, it's the part they work their life around, often without seeing how much it adds to the total. Three days of back-to-back meetings or an early flight change what your body needs, and how much room is left to move. Calibra sees the heavy days coming and tells you how to meet them.

The Calibra My week screen on iPhone: Thursday is your next heavy day. Each day from Monday 12 to Sunday 18 is drawn against your usual day, with Tuesday and Thursday above it, and day lines from 06:00 to 21:00.
The Calibra Context screen on iPhone, read as Heavy: your calendar is busier than usual, 3 meetings and 4 hours in total, with 2 hours of focus time.

Calibra reads

When meetings start and end, whether you are busy, all-day events, and whether a meeting is a call.

It does not read

Titles, descriptions, locations, attachments or who attends.

Whether your week runs on Google or Microsoft, Calibra connects to Google Calendar, Outlook.com and Microsoft 365. It never creates, edits or deletes events, and reads only the bare minimum it needs to see the load of your week.

Questions

What people ask before they start.

How can I track my total load?

Calibra reads your sleep, training, meals and calendar together, because your load is more than your workouts. It shows you how heavy each day really is, and which days ahead will be heavy, from the wearables and calendar you already use.

How do I see how my exercise and my work affect each other?

Calibra puts your training and your calendar side by side. On a packed day it shows that you have less room to move than usual; on a quiet day, more room.

How do I eat better for the way I actually live?

Start from your own pattern, not a diet plan. Calibra learns your usual meals in the first week. If you switch on Nutrition pacing, it then tells you whether the rest of today still fits and roughly when your next meal belongs.

My watch says I should rest, but my training plan says train. What do I do?

Calibra reads both against your own usual and gives you one read of the day. How you slept counts, and so does what is behind you: after three heavy workdays in a row, Calibra reads the day as Stretched, so you know it is a day to go easier.

Why does my training plan fall apart as soon as work gets busy?

Because the plan doesn't know your week. Calibra reads your calendar, and My Week shows which days ahead run heavier than your usual, so you can plan around them before the plan breaks.

I have so much data from my wearables. How do I know what to do with it?

Calibra turns it into one clear picture of your day, read against your own usual. On days when nothing needs to change, it doesn't send you a notification.

How do I keep my energy up through a week full of meetings?

See the heavy days before they land. Calibra's My Week shows which days ahead run heavier than your usual, so you can plan your training and meals around them.

Is there an app where I don't have to track everything I eat by hand?

Calibra. You add a meal with a photo, a line of text, or by simply telling Calibra what you ate, and it estimates the calories and protein for you.

How do I stop skipping lunch on busy days?

Switch on Nutrition pacing and meal reminders. Once Calibra has learned your usual meals, it reminds you 30 minutes before a meal you usually eat, on your busy days.

How do I make healthy habits stick when my days are never the same?

Let the habit bend to the day instead of breaking on it. Calibra reads each day against your own usual, from your sleep, calendar and training, so you can see when it is a day for a shorter session and when you have room for the full plan.

How do I know if a day is heavy for me, not for an average person?

Calibra reads every day against your own usual over the last four weeks, never against other people. A heavy day is heavy compared with your normal week.

More questions
Is there an app that combines my calendar with my sleep data?

Calibra Pro does. It connects to Apple Health and supported wearables for your body, and to Google Calendar, Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 for the shape of your week. It reads when meetings start and end, never what they are about.

What's the difference between Calibra and my fitness tracker's app?

Your tracker reads your body. Calibra reads your body and your week together, weighs the signals that disagree, and gives you one clear picture of your day. No score to chase, no dashboards to study.

Who is Calibra for?

Executives, founders and senior professionals whose plans don't survive a heavy week. People who already train and track, and need a clear read of the day rather than more data.

Which wearables work with Calibra?

Apple Health and Polar connect directly, and other wearables that sync to Apple Health work through it.

Do I need a specific smartwatch to get Readiness?

No. Any wearable that records your sleep and heart rate gives you Readiness, from how you slept. Some wearables add an extra overnight measure that makes it more precise.

Does it work without a smartwatch?

Yes. Calibra works with your calendar and the meals you add. A wearable adds Readiness, from how you slept.

How long before Calibra knows me?

About a week. Calibra shows the count on screen while it learns your usual, and your calendar counts from day one, because it reads the 28 days before you connect.

What happens when I'm on holiday?

Mark those days as Away. They stay out of your usual, so a holiday doesn't change what counts as a normal week for you.

Can Calibra read my work and personal calendars together?

Yes. Connect more than one calendar account, and Calibra merges them into one day.

Can I download or delete my data?

Yes. In Settings you can download everything as one file, or delete your account and your data with it.

Is Calibra on Android?

Not yet. It's on iPhone now; leave your email on calibra.health and we'll write once when Android opens.

What does it cost?

The current price is shown in the App Store.

Is Calibra a medical app?

No. Calibra is not a medical device. It gives general wellness and lifestyle coaching and does not diagnose, treat, prevent or monitor any condition.
